Complaints Procedure

In the first instance anyone wishing to make a complaint about the Pre-school, it's activities or any general matters regarding the Pre-school need to contact: -

                        Or speak to her at the Pre School.

In the event of a complaint, the Pre-school will firstly try to solve the problem internally.  If for any reason this cannot be done then the relevant bodies will then be brought in, but only with the consent of the complainant. Naturally at all stages the complainant will be kept notified of the progress being made.  Additionally any complaints will be kept in writing along with the outcome.
